What's New Consignment has been in business in Lakeland since the 1970s. Originally begun by Bea Graham, until we (Lincoln and Jamie Simmons) bought it in 2001. Jamie was always an avid consignment shopper, and when Lincoln visited there with her when they first got married, Lincoln realized it was something special.

 

Lincoln became friends with the owner and began to do personal shopping for his friends, using items from What's New Consignment. Soon, he was doing so well for the store that they offered him a job.He worked there for almost two years, learning the consignment and fashion businesses and getting to know the customers and the consignors, before Bea offered to sell it to him in 2001.

 

Our consignors mail boxes of clothing, shoes, purses, and accessories to us from all over the United States. We have over 600 mail-in customers, thus the majority of our inventory is not local. Because we receive so many items on a daily basis, anywhere from 6 to 12 boxes a day, you could visit every day and find something new!If you would like to become a consignor, please see our consignment policies.
